Hey dolls,

Well I went out the other day and purchased the L’Oreal New Nude Magique foundation and what can I say, I am in love with it. I know it’s been around in America for a while but Australia is always so late to get new products so annoying :(
This foundation is hands down one of my new favourites, I absolutely love it!

I have done a video/demo on it, for my YouTube and if you want to watch the review and demo just click on the video or the link for an in-depth tutorial and first impression on my skin.

This foundation is super lightweight it literally feels like you are putting water on your face, which I love. I’m so used to wearing foundations that are a thicker consistency and quite full coverage, but this lightweight foundation gives me fantastic coverage and feels like there is nothing on my skin. Certain foundations that contain SPF tend to slide around on my face after I have worn it for a while but this foundation stayed put all day long.

When first applying this foundation I thought the colour I choose was the right shade and was quite impressed but after wearing it for six hours it oxidised and darkened up. If you were worried about picking your shade I would recommend you picking a shade lighter then what you usually would or choose your normal skin tone and fake tan as it does darken up as you wear it.
I am extremely happy with this foundation overall.

After wearing this foundation for six hours I didn’t have any negative things to say about it I blew my nose as I had a spicy soup for lunch and my makeup didn’t budge!

Now your all probably wondering how it held up on my skin as my skin is quite oily, and to my surprise it was amazing. I wasn’t an oily mess by the end of the day and I didn’t have to touch up my makeup once… That makes me also very happy.

Overall I am super happy with the foundation to watch a more in-depth review and a demo of how it wore on my face please watch the video.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask me in the comment below.

I hope your all having a fantastic week.
Talk to you soon.

  1. I also understand how it feels to always be waiting for interesting products when one's country is always the last to get into them. Would this foundation suit for dry skin?
I nominated you for the Very Inspiring Blogger Award! :)
